Information we collect
We collect the information needed to deliver WNLabelPro, including purchase email
addresses, subscription and license information, device registration information,
support emails you send us, and limited workflow-related data used by the desktop app
and Chrome extension.
Examples include:
- Email address used at checkout
- Plan, license, and subscription status information
- Device registration metadata such as machine label, app version, and last-seen time
- Whatnot show and sold-item information used to power the seller workflow
How we use information
- To deliver license keys, activate subscriptions, and enforce seat limits
- To support Smart Staging, label printing, Bundle Booster, and related workflows
- To process billing through Stripe and send transactional email
- To troubleshoot issues and provide support when you contact us
Payments and third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe. Transactional emails may be sent through our email
delivery providers. We also use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the
licensing and update services.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for unrelated
third-party advertising purposes.
